The Challenge
The Golden Temple in Slough accommodates up to 9,000 people at any one time and it is essential for the audio-video solution to deliver consistent audio across two floors, plus additional zones, at all times. It must be clearly audible to all present. The delivered audio typically does not drop below 80Hz and the system is required to sound sweet at frequencies for vocals and musical instruments, including harmoniums and Tabla (drums) but must also reach a 126dB if required.
The Solution
Working with Dynamite Audio and Sound Technology, We Know AV listened to the exact requirements of the customers and delivered a complex and comprehensive solution, involving JBL, Crown, Soundcraft and AKG products. “In addition to the two prayer floors, we were also required to provide audio for the dining area, accomodating at any one time up to 3,000 people” commented James O’Leary, We Know AV.
